GORDON RAMSAY'S cooking book

Haloha!
Finally get to try one of the recipe from this cooking book that I got for my birthday.
Also, I get to use Red Wine Vinegar which I never know how to use it till now. 
If you are a great fan of sour and sweet dish, tadang, this is for you!
I am not a great fan of red pepper but the sauce really goes well with the porkchop.
