Cooking Lesson Time

Harrow, Today,Chef Chew is gonna teach you how to make delicious kimchi pancakes.
It's very very easy.
Tips : Must eat it with chili sauce 
HEAVEN ahh

Ingredients: Flour, 韭菜 (I don't know what vegetable is that in eng) ,虾米 (dried tiny prawn?) and of course kimchi.

How many or how much i also don't know, i use my "feel" to cook. hehe sound professional? HAHAHA
okay, here we go!


1. mash the tiny dried shrimps.

2. Cut the kimchi into small chunk
3. Add water to an amount of flour and mix well


4. Add the kimchi chunk and stir well

The mixture will kind of turn redish because of the kimchi.
Add more water if the mixture is too dry
Add more flour if the mixture is too watery.

 Once, ready, heat your pan at low heat.
Pour a little amount of oil
Add some dried mashed shrimps.
Dried shrimps is to enhance and replace soy sauce and salt and it give our a pleasant aroma.


Wait till it turns golden brown.


Use a soup spoon and pour the mixture in the pan, spread well.


Flip it.
 


Tadang.
It's best to cook longer so there will be crisp on the outside and chewy in the pancake.
Serve with chili sauce, macdonald chili sauce or what also can.
without chili sauce, the taste wont be the same la. just put chili sauce!
